Mobile Suit Gundam UC - Episode 7 'Over The Rainbow' (Coming in Spring 2014)

Another site is saying this design is confirmed as official, but I can't find anything to support that. The two new images below come from a image board a few months ago.

Looks like the new mobile suit might be revealed?  Actually this is a fan art by a japanese artist.  (Thanks Juno Uno for the image link and confirmation that it is fan-art.)
